“Cute bag, poorly made”

I was actually really looking forward to using this bag. I bought it and within a week the top strap broke, so that was disappointing. I don't even carry heavy textbooks in it, just small folders and a couple of reading books. I've heard good things about fjall raven kankens so maybe I just got a dud out of the good ones. I don't know. Also, my 15" laptop wouldn't fit in the 15" laptop compartment, so that was also unfortunate.
