“Excellent softener, excellent service!”

We live in a very hard water area, which has taken its toll on our appliances, boiler and bathroom due to limescale...up until now!

We did a great deal of research and spoke to a number of water softener suppliers and found that Pheonix Water Services had all the answers to our problem. They were helpful, friendly and listened to what we wanted rather than just pushing a product.

Jason visited to identify what product was best for the size of the house and the space we had to fit the softener. The following week the advisor came to install. This was a professional, clean and hassle-free installation and we noticed a difference immediately, hence writing this recommendation.

The softener is simple to use and our only regret it that it has taken us so long to get one in the first place! Adam & Caroline
