“problem when booking online”

I booked my holiday on line, everything ok until I came to pay, card details went in, ok pressed pay now screen went blank. I had no idea if my payment had been taken, was my holiday booked
I phoned low cost talked to a lady who said my holiday was not booked ,but she would book it for me
That all was well ,but the final price was more than if I could have booked on line
On the plus side the holiday details were emailed to me, I printed all documents and had a trouble free holiday , for which I thank you
I will try and use low cost again on line
