The boiler was only on a two year warranty when it was installed.
Now it keeps cutting out. The fault is intermittent. Yesterday the engineer came out and it was working - so I paid him and today it's broken again.
Many engineers seem to have no experience of this boiler. The Ariston service centre offered me a locally trained engineer.
There is an answering machine and no one has returned my message of four days ago.
I would not reommend this brand to anyone.
