“slow service quaility product”

having recently bought a Dawes Galaxy Classic it took a whole week to arrive after ordering online after several emails and a phone calls I eventually got my bike. The bike was fairly well packaged and assembled but I had to make alterations to the shop assembled parts so that the panniers would sit properly on the carrier which has left the mudguards with two unaligned holes in them which look terrible. once the issue of the carrier had been sorted it has been a thoroughly good purchase which has needed only minor adjustments due to cable stretch and a new set of brake blocks after only 500 miles touring in the wet.
