“No customer service at all”

Ordered a nice bag that was listed in stock, ordered and paid for it and it turned out to be out of stock. Discussed it and said I would wait, then prodded them about the order. They sent it and it was the wrong colour, of course they didn't believe it was the wrong colour so I was expected to return it and pay £18 for the initial delivery, i.e. Not following UK distance selling laws.

I sent images several times, then the id codes etc for the bag, finally they have admitted their supplier was at fault after a month, so now I have to wait for them to organise delivery to Italy and only when they the receive the bag in Italy will they issue the bag as was described when I ordered it months ago.

I have never written a review on one of these websites, but this has to be one of the worst customer services I have experienced. No wonder Amazon is taking over, you can't trust these guys they won't believe they can be wrong.
