I ordered 5 items (I Xmas Hamper, one expensive pair of wines in a presentation case, two lots of 6 wines and one expensive champagne hamper, 4 for delivery in time for Xmas. 2 arrived on the day specified and the content was good. One Xmas order arrived damaged and was never replaced. One wine order was delivered to a school. Three ruined Xmas days (including mine). Tried again for my son's 40th Birthday in February (he didn't get his Xmas wine). Got notifications of delivery planned for 6th February. Never delivered. After countless calls and emails, finally to the Customer Services Manager and the Managing Director (they have no secretary), I got notice of three 'Escalations' and that the Manager will be looking into things. Several missed deadlines later and we have one refund. Today I registered iHamperiFloristSucks.com. Hopefully this will get their attention as my personal letters and emails to the Executives go unanswered. Its a shames as their hampers are good. Delivery and After-Sales Support are appalling. I would like to have known this before purchasing
