“Brilliant”

I have been a customer of the Co-op Bank and then Smile for decades. Must be over 20 years.
In all that time the service has been exemplary.
Not once have I had to chase a problem with transaction errors

Cant believe all the negative comments on this page.
I even received a letter last week thanking me for my loyalty over the years
I can highly recommend the bank
