Where do I start? Everything about Lloyds business account is awful. The online banking is painful mainly due to having to use the PIN reader for virtually everything you do. It's around 5 years behind most other online accounting services I've used.
Worst of all though is absoloutley NO communication from the bank. None of their staff in their "business centre" seem to care about me or my business at all. They just want to get you off the phone.
Awful, awful, awful.
