ybs customer all ready applied for a 65000 mortgage on a160,000 propertyover 15 years would only offer me 55.000 due to having two of my own children over 18 if I had one child over 18 I could of had 93,000 does this seem right now I have early repayment charges with my new mortgage with a different company we have income 0ver 35000 and an a credit rating
