“Floor ok, hate their marketing. ”

We bought an engineered oak topped floor from them and it was nice at first but it is now showing lots of little hairline cracks in the wood. It doesn't seem very robust at all despite being in the higher price brackets. Also there was quite a large variance in the wood colours of the various planks of wood and a lot more black knots than were evident on the show peace in the show room.

That said I can live with it as the cracks are evident only when you look closely. The real frustration with this company is despite telling them "no marketing" when I gave my details, I now get harassed by countless text messages telling me about all their 'mad' or 'crazy' offers. These messages are often in poor English that could only have been written by a teenager who lost interest in school years ago.

So they can look forward to a review like this for every text message I receive.
