“poor customer service”

Had a loan due to be paid back today 28/2 - called to advise that I would call in afternoon to make payment as wages are transferred directly instead of bein there at 12am... called first time after being on hold ages someone answered laughed down the phone and then put me back on hold. I was then greeted by a male advisor who laughing advised me that it was really busy n to call back after an hr. I called back to be told it was someones birthday n thats why no one could take my original call. Made the payment but their customer service is appalling and I would never re consider there services again.
