I have a PT920, it came with a 2 year . It stopped charging after 2 years and 2 months. I went to the warranty claim web page and entered my details.
To my surprise Philips said they would send me a new one if I sent them a scanned copy of my original receipt. 24 hours later and I have a new charger in my hands!!
I've always been happy with my Philips it services me well. What has really impressed me, and inspired me to write this review, is the outstanding warranty service. They could have told me to take a hike or kept me waiting a month while they source a replacement from Mars. Just try and warranty a Cisco switch and you will what I mean.
