“Wow a service that really goes that extra mile”

I cannot praise this company enough. Very good price with no delivery charge for the flowers. The flowers were lovely and my mum was really happy with them, once she got them that is. Although the Ward my mum was on said they accepted flowers the reception would not accept the delivery. She rang me several times to keep me informed of what was happening and the problems they were having and managed to sort it out by getting the phone number of the ward so the delivery driver could ring and a nurse went and collected them. I am sure most other companies would have given up after two attempts to deliver them. Great praise indeed to her and the delivery company for sorting this and for persevering until they were delivered. Will definately use them again cannot speak highly enough of the service which is extremely rare these days. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
