“geek squad insurance total waste of TIME and MONEY ”

Firstly can I say all staff in shop I dealt with were helpful and friendly.As for the insurance side of things probably the worst customer care I have ever had to indure.Phone 1 blackberry been back for same problem 3 times not once have they fixed it just keep giving back saying its ok as if I want to keep going back for fun!!!!.I have now bought my daughter a new phone NOT from car phone warehouse BUT WILL NOT LET THIS LIE.2 ASUS TAB AFTER SPENDING APPROX 1HR 15MINS in shop and having to get the shop assistant to confirm what I sad and not what the insurance assessor wanted to put down eventually agreed to claim for broken screen to then send off .if I had realised what an ordeal it whas going to be I wouldn't have bothered just got it repaired myself.Even asked for copy of phone call for complaint NO CHANCE RECORD YOURSELF MY ADVICE.
