“Nothing right!”

Placed a large order for the first time with this company. Never again, items arrived damaged, not enough labels for returns, on hold 25 minutes to customer services, returned items over 2 weeks ago no sign of a refund, another item arrived later the wring size, emailed customer services, told I had to provide photographic evidence to prove it was the wrong size, don't have a camera phone so impossible. Still waiting for one item nearly 4 weeks after placing order. Awaiting a refund in excess of £100! Clearer information on delivery timescales before ordering and better customer service in general needed from this company, we are the consumers!
