“Fabulous customer service!”

Wasn't sure of colour required when I wanted 2 new temples for my husband's Adidas glasses. SSO determined all I needed from a couple of photos I sent in, secured the last pairs of temples available for a while from Adidas, and got them to me with loads of time to spare in time for my husband's birthday. Extremely efficient, friendly, kept me fully informed throughout - felt I was in very safe hands! Very definitely recommend, and will be back as soon as the next glasses accident occurs. Thank you!! :-)
