“big mistake booking on the beach!”

was un happy from the begging on the website it says u have 24 hours to cancel in fact this is a lie as booked an paid 1300 pounds after two hours of booking l ring the beach holidays too say word like to cancel but it will loss over £650 pounds of my money if cancel! after booking i had also had two calls saying flights gone up a extra £80 on top which i paid. on the holiday l arrived at the airport hoping to see rep with a sign for are transfers to hotel but their was not a rep or at the whole time of holiday! for the beach plus had to make phone calls to make arrangements an times we was due to be taken home!
