I had a mistake by accepting a reservation, because it appeared free in the calendar, but hours later, I noticed that it wasn't. I call to the cancellation phone number, and they cancelled my reservation right the way, and with no charge, because it had been a particulary mistake with reservations with more than six months of advance.

Fast and usefull.
