“Chipped windscreen ”

Redridge, Southampton. Hired a car for the weekend. Everything was initially good with the car (in wet conditions) before driving away. Driving away I noticed the two chips on the motorway (when the rain had cleared) A lady checked the car over with me. Returning the car to them they picked out two chips on the front windscreen taking half of my deposit. A bloke said to me "yeah she usually does forget to check the windscreen" (hmm was this the car she forgot to check last time!)
