“Bogus additional fees added before departure.”

If your familiar with bait and switch scams, you'll understand not to pay just a deposit with this lot and to just book direct with the airline and hotel. They know you don't want to loose your deposit so they can add additional charges, charge you admin fees and know of your not happy they can keep your deposit. II have used onthebeach.co.ui a few times and on each occasion have had admin fees added before departure for what they claim are hotels changing their rates. They say they can do this per their terms and conditions. I won't be using them again, you are cheaper just booking direct and they only get custom because of the deposit system.
