“10 days to process a bank payment? Unacceptable. AVOID.”

10 days to process a bank payment? It would have been quicker to cash a cheque. Their USP is fast payment, they do nothing else to elevate above other 'cash-for-mobile' providers, therefore, i'm left feeling very disappointed. After having used Envirofone for some years and had great service, I will not be using again. But I doubt that matters much to Envirofone. Feel free to send me a reply/response in the form of a corporate pre-written statement about being 'busy'. I'm sure that would leave me feeling much better [SIC]. Buck up your ideas Envirofone - you have completely lost the edge.
