“Refund of the payment that has lost as a result of a fraud”

First time since I became a host on Wimdu I experienced a serious problem: The due payment for a particular booking was sent to an unknown bank account as a result of fraud! To say the truth I was in panic! I immediately sought out help from Wimdu support team and as always they were prompt to get back and took matter into their hands. It has been a very busy season, but Wimdu provided best support one might expect in such cases. I would like to highlight the fact that they always kept me updated about the steps they took in the course of investigating the case and were thorough in explaining every single detail.
Eventually, they were able to get the due money back, which, I'm sure, if not for their persistent work, would be lost for good! I thank you wholeheartedly for being reliable support and valuable help!
