My partner ordered me an expensive bouquet of flowers and paid extra to make the bouquet more extravagant. The box was received in poor condition and I have bought better looking flowers from the supermarket. They have alleged the bouquet was the wrong bouquet sent however no where on their website can I find such a badly looking poor bouquet of flowers.
The customer service is below poor and you are made to make all correspondence via email you can only imagine how frustrating that is. Stay away and use your local florists. That way you know what you are purchasing.
