“good telephone service ”

Booked an all inclusive hotel in Cuba and got a discounted rate on lowcost rather than booking via hotel directly. Only difficulty was that when I tried to book online, the site did not accept my credit card info and would not allow me to book. When i called the next morning, the staff were very helpful and i received a confirmation email immediately after booking via telephone. Would use this site again to book, likely via telephone.
