“Non Delivery on Valentines Day”

I ordered a dozen red roses for my girlfriend on Valentines Day. I guessed that it would be a busy day for deliveries but it should not have come as a surprise to Interflora.
As of 21.00 last night, the 14th Feb, the flowers had not been delivered even though an email was sent stating that the delivery was on the way.
It was disappointing and spoilt part of a special day.
I would not recommend Interflora to anyone for delivery of flowers on an important day - even Valentines Day when they should be organised enough to get the task done.

Disappointed - and I'll find a better way to celebrate rather than relying on Interflora. Read the reviews!
