“Horrible customer service! AvOID!!!”

AVOID BOOKIT!!!Go with Costco TRavel. I booked 2 Mexico trips through Costco Travel and they arranged all the transportation for me. My friend and I used Bookit for Hawaii and Bahamas and we both had a really bad experience. Their customer service is ridiculously horrible. DO NOT use this company!! Avoid at all costs!! You will be sorry you used them. I would rather pay more money than to go back to this horrible company. My experience: They switched airlines at the last minute while we were at the airport without telling us. I usually get text or email notifications when something like this happens, but i received NOTHING. Hence, we had to pay extra for another flight. My friend had a similar experience and when she contacted Bookit, she was told your loss. UNPROFESSIONAL as hell. I warn ppl about this company!!!!
