went into wolverhampton store with my 25 year old downs syndrome son who has to have childrens trainers dueto small size.he also has to wear fitted insoles made by a medical team these have to fit correctly due to his condition he also has to have velcro straps has he cannot do laces.the girl who served us was really understanding and very very helpfull and completly at ease with my son she brought out around 30 pair of trainers for him to tryon after being measured and each pair she fitted the insoles and was talking to him throughout all of this saying to him (walk up and down are they comfortable etc) she was wonderfull a pleasure to see someone so young and very caring completly at ease with him she went that extra mile in my eyes she was a credit to your staff .thank you so much.
