“Cancelled my Valentine's Day order on the day”

I ordered flowers a week before Valentine's Day and they only cancelled at 6:30 that morning. If they take more orders than they can handle then they should at least give me some notice. Obviously I'll never use them again and I suggest choosing someone else for busy periods. Surprising, as they must be one of the biggest flower companies around
