Ordering a bridesmaid dress the size ten came (3 weeks late) good job I'm in no hurry! Then today after cancelling the order for the second dress that had not been "found in the system" it arrives! So no refund a cancellation and it's delivered 4 months that's right 4 months late and needs to be returned! Customer service is appalling! On hold for more than 5 hours in total! And it's still not sorted would never ever use again!
