“All done in ten minutes!”

Found the holiday we wanted on line but couldn't book it through the website - internet difficulties - so spoke to a very helpful person, with a good sense of humour, who had our booking sorted in less than ten minutes and who also found us an even cheaper deal by suggesting an alternative, and better timed, flight. Very efficient service with virtually immediate e-mail confirmation and a contact name should we have any subsequent queries. I would recommend and, if all goes to plan, use again. The only downside was the 1.5% booking fee if paying by Visa Debit - we had no alternative means of paying - and it is only usual to pay a booking fee if credit cards, not debit cards, are used. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given 5 stars.
