We waited 10 days for our next day delivery and no one could tell us why. Eventually the local depot contacted us on the parcel was ready for delivery and the problems where sorted out immediately. If someone at interparcel contacted us the day it was collected it could have been sorted and delivered as paid for ie. the next day.
