An order was place for fireside items, payment was taken however the goods did not arrive for several weeks 9 in total, this was after chasing them twice.
On receipt of the goods they were damaged, an email was sent immediately with photographs however no acknowledgement or response was received 7 weeks and four chase emails later, still no response.
The only remaining thing to do, which has been confirmed as the next action, is contact Trading Standards and the card company used for payment to try and recover the monies.
Do not order for this firm, the goods are not cheap, are damaged on arrival and customer service is no existent!
