“Terrible Customer Service at Moonpig”

On 7/2/14 I ordered a bunch of flowers and a valentines card from Mooonpig to be delivered on 14/2/14 as you would expect. When the receipt came through a matter of minutes later to my email, these items were set for delivery on 10/2/14. I tried to call Moonpig on 3 occasions being kept on hold for 30 mins in total without reply. I also emailed them 2 or 3 times throughout the day, again with no reply. I eventually received an email from Moonpig 2 days later stating my order was now with the courier and could not be changed but they did offer to take another order for 14/2/14. The customer service a Moonpig is terrible and I would advise anyone considering using their services not to. You cant contact them apart from them taking your initial order that is... there's no problem in that department.
