“Still awaiting prize”

Notified of my win in December and still awaiting it's delivery, having only been able to contact the company by email as there are no phone numbers available to communicate my complaint. No one has ever returned correspondence by phone only emails saying how sorry they are and that it's on it's way, yeah right!!! Thre months gone and I still haven't recur ex the cash alternative , really disappointed with the site having had my hopes crushed when wanting to use this money to make my families Xmas and new year all the more rewarding !
