The agent spoke so fast and kept getting things wrong, such as E-mails, spelling of names, the dates traveling and the airport of departure. Try getting on a plane with a wrong name spelling or better yet, leaving from the wrong airport???
She was polite and kept saying thank you each time a correction needed to be made. She must have been training, because each time she asked something or I replied, there was a moment of "funny silence" like someone was coaching her through the transaction. I wasn't comfortable giving her my credit card number and was loosing my patience, so I ended up handing the phone to my husband.
I asked for a promotion code or coupon since she was doing the booking because of the difficulty I had on the site. She said she didn't have access to any code, I couldn't retrieve the $150 off I had, but sadly she found a $10.00 code. Clearly, not happy. I suspect she needed more training and because of that my booking suffered. I wanted the flight and the page said there was only 1 room left at that price so I was afraid to stop the process and try to deal with it on my own and miss out on that price. As it turned out without the promo code, I paid more.
