Twice we have had to contact Yorkshire Water. The first time our water went off they had located and fixed the problem within one hour which was the timescale they had told us. The second time we had a blocked drain which another company had been unable to clear. They were efficient and showed us where the problem with the drain on our property was so that we would be able to easily sort it out ourselves next time. Would definitely recommend them for their fast, friendly service.
