After signing up online and giving your payment details THEY ALWAYS say there is a problem so the account can not be acctivated. You have to phone a 0844 number which they proffit from, then you spend about 30 mins giving endless details. They then tell you you will have to send in by post 2 documents then they MIGHT be able to acctivate the account. Then they suggest for a ONE OFF fee of £3.50 they will send out a report. No one ever gets to set up a free trial on line so you always have to phone in.
