“Bad customer service”

I bought a telephone from next on line. It was faulty, so I had to return it, get a refund, and rebuy in the shop. It eventually died completely so I returned it. I was told by a pleasant assistant it was showing as £15, not the £30 I had paid, although I had all the relevant papers. I was told not to worry I would get a full refund. A week later nothing has been repaid. Why should a customer have to do all the running around, returning, rebuying, no call backs, and certainly no refund. Back to the shop again for me. Wonder if I will hear back from the complaint I sent today-not holding my breath!
