I booked a car rental from economy booking. AFTER booking the real terms were emailed and they had changed from the original booking. Since there was a 48 hour cancel in BRIGHT GREEN I didn't think cancelling would be an issue. However, CANCEL doesn't mean refund when I phoned and finally got a customer service person! I couldn't believe it and neither could VISA. Fighting for a full refund now, and it looks like VISA will be doing it. Company is terrible.
