Just cancelled my order from October, as I am fed up waiting for the covers and cushions. I have been fobbed off with excuse after excuse for the delays...and apparently, the internet and computer system have been down for two weeks now, so they cannot even find out what's happened to my particular order!! But funnily enough, when I rang up to cancel, my order was found on the system and a cheque is apparently in the post (hope this is not another lie....). Awful customer service, so bad that I didn't even get to find out whether the quality of the products were OK!!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS LOT!
