“flowers were terrible”

I am very disapointed with the flowers that I ordered on friday to be delivered on the saturday, she did not recieve them on that day. so after numerous attempts contacting "customer service" they then said theyll be delivered monday before 1pm, suprise suprise they wernt. finally they arrived tuesday with about 4 flowers on the boquet and the rest was green dead weeds, i also wrote a note which was to be delivered with the boquet which she did not recieve, I feel embarrased. I paid £46 and I feel robbed. I will not be using these ever again.
