After being quoted £92 for an iPhone 4, I though great... my iPhone was in perfect condition, I was getting a good price for it.

Packaging was set, no probs so far. sent it off, special delivery (my choice) and it was well packaged. Receive an email saying the phone screen was cracked!

It was in perfect condition when I sent it!!!

Im now getting £18.72 for it...asked for the phone to be returned phone never appeared and the £18.72 paid into my account!

I did not and do not accept the £18.72. I want the phone retuned, and now as they have paid the money into my account, they claim they can't return the phone. I asked for this to be returned before any money paid to me.

What an absolute rip off O2 recycle is! AVOID!
