I chose Domain Monster to register my domains as they were recommended to me as having very good customer service and I have to say I have been very pleased. I had trouble when a domain I was transferring from a previous registrar timed out due to delays in getting an authorization code from them. I emailed Domain Monster and my query was answered almost immediately. Within minutes the transfer was restarted. I can't tell you the relief, after months of dealing with the previous registrar, to find how quick and easy the process was. A special thank you to Morag was was so friendly and helpful.
