“can't rely on stock..”

They show items on the web-site that can't be fulfilled by the suppliers.. you're then stuck with credit on your account. Hopeless..
When I ordered another item, they didn't use that voucher (even though customer services said they "should have"). Still waiting for refund.

Nice idea - doesn't work!!
