“Overpriced, Woefully Inadequate Complex Complaints System ”

I paid £260 per month for over 5 years at David Lloyds Nottingham Aspley and never ONCE received so much as a free guest pass and when I asked for 3 guest passes in 2013 i was refused so instead I took my guests to Riverside for lunch.. The air conditioning was non functional last year for 3 moths and i made numerous complaints and even handed in my notice to quit in September last year and have an Escalated Complaint ongoing purely because not one person at David Lloyds actually cares about customer focus, it's the kind of service I would expect from a £10 a week membership at a local gym but in truth i would have had received more respect. Many of David Lloyds equipment are beyond their warranty hence the reason for the delayed repair. It makes much more sense to go to a Newer lesser priced, value for money establishment who still care about 100% Customer Satisfaction... 5 happy customers and 5 unhappy customers is the sign of a business heading toward decline in my opinion... Try and hand in your notice or lodge a complaint and it is SUSPICIOUSLY difficult to do so ??? If I can save just 10 families from signing up for a David Lloyds membership, my work here is done ( maybe now my Escalated Complaint may get a written response ) "Power To The People "
