Purchased Jan 2, requested a refund on January 3. I received a follow up, automated respond stating a customer service rep woudl contact me regarding my request within 24 hours. I waited 3 days. No reponse.
I contacted them again through their Live Support which is BS. They dont help you, they slough you off and tell you to try again later. 25 days later, I still havent been contacted!!!!
I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!
