“Terrible Service - Terrible Company”

Never have I had such hassle with a travel company, it took over a week to get ticket confirmation after paying for my flights/car. Customer service is non existent, calls are not returned and you are left chasing them for important information, when you get hold of your agent you are made to feel as if you are doing them a favour. 2 days prior to leaving I used the car hire voucher to print off my car hire documentaion only to find that the car rental had been cancelled some 4 months earlier, Travel centre then tried to charge me extra for the car hire as the prices "had now increased as it is so close to the booked date"!
I think you can guess by now that I will never use Travel Centre again. Save yourself some hassle and book elsewhere.
