My christmas order was cancelled by JD staff! They failed to inform me so this left me without my Xmas present! For the inconvenience they granted me free next day delivery and a 10% discount which I am still waiting to have credited back, the Saturday delivery did not turn up and I am still waiting for my trainers!! Another order they succeeded in messing up I made on Boxing Day, I ordered trainers to be sent to my local store. They failed to email or text when they came into store I ending up going in, they was there but a size too big! So they where sent back for the same to happened, (no text or email) but now they where two left feet! I was then told by customer service they where no longer available and to get a refund after the mess about for a month!! They are a complete JOKE!!!!
