“sent return back 47 days ago, still no refund!!”

worst company ever! sent item back by collect plus,got email to say it had been received, 10days later no refund. Phone them up, get told that the item hasn't been received!! get put through to different department then get told has been received just not processed, expect refund in 7days. 47days later and several expensive phone calls I still haven't received my money. Write to complaints department explaining everything, what do they reply? "we are sorry to hear that you have not received your credit, this is because we have not received your return" O my god what is wrong with these people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
